Recipe Apple Pie Egg Rolls
Cook until golden brown 5 6 minutes.
Recipe apple pie egg rolls. Fry egg rolls 3 to 4 at a time about 2 minutes or until golden and heated through turning occasionally. Spritz with cooking spray. Place 2 heaping tablespoons of filling in the center of each wrapper.
Fold in the sides and roll the wrapper tightly. Transfer to a paper towel lined. In batches arrange egg rolls in a single layer on greased tray in air fryer basket.
Take one egg roll wrapper lay it out on a clean dry cutting board and brush water around each edge. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate or baking sheet. Serve with caramel sauce.
Preheat oil to 350 degrees. Clean and dry the skillet and add 1 2 to 1 inch oil to the skillet and heat to 350 f. Cook until golden brown and crisp 5 6 minutes longer.
Serve warm dusted with powdered sugar or sprinkled with granulated sugar. Brush the edges of the wrapper with water. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
Fold in the sides and roll up the egg roll tightly. Place an egg roll wrapper with the corners pointing up and down like a diamond on a clean surface. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
