It also tastes great in a lettuce wrap as part of a salad plate or in a wrap. If you want some crunch you can add some chopped celery but i like mine this way. My secret ingredient is a dash of celery salt.

Spread your egg salad on toasted whole grain bread and add extra veggies like lettuce and tomato if desired. Add the peeled eggs to a large bowl. Stir this together until the eggs are nicely incorporated with the other ingredients.
