Eggnog Recipe Raw Eggs
Set egg whites aside.
Eggnog recipe raw eggs. Transfer the beaten egg whites to the bowl with the eggnog and gently fold or stir the whites into the base this gives the eggnog a frothy extra creamy texture. Pour into a pitcher. Stir well before serving.
Fold the whipped cream mixture into the egg milk mixture. Just before serving whisk the reserved egg whites in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer at high speed until the whites form stiff peaks. This recipe contains raw eggs.
Crack the pasteurized eggs into a bowl and whip them with a hand mixer until they are frothy on top and lemon in color. Be sure to make extra. If eggs whites are needed use pasteurized eggs if a recipe calls for folding raw beaten egg whites into the eggnog use pasteurized eggs.
Beat egg yolks lightly and blend well with other ingredients in a one quart container. Crack eggs and separate the whites and yolks into separate bowls. Cook the mixture over medium heat and let it cool.
Slowly add the tequila sherry. Slowly add the sugar and blend or beat until all of it is incorporated. Add the sugar nutmeg lemon juice salt milk and cream.
Only about 1 2 minutes. Whisk the two together until they reach a light and fluffy consistency. Stir remaining 3 cups milk into mixture.
