Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat.

In a large bowl mash the 4 yolks. Boil cool and peel eggs. Add mayonnaise and mustard blending until smooth.

Peel and halve eggs. Set aside egg whites and 4 yolks discard remaining yolks or save for another use. Season with salt and pepper.
Using a hand mixer or a whisk mix in mayonnaise 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil garlic and lemon juice until smooth. Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove from hot water cool and peel.
Halve the eggs lengthwise and remove the yolks. Remove yolks to a small bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in mayonnaise basil oregano salt and pepper.
