Recipe Apple Peach Pie
1 9 unbaked pastry shell 5 c.
Recipe apple peach pie. Combine all filling ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Step 3 mix thoroughly. Step 2 add lemon juice cinnamon and fruit.
With floured rolling pin roll 1 pastry round into round 2 inches larger than upside down 9 inch glass pie plate. Divide the apple mixture evenly among the prepared ramekins. Preheat oven to 400 f.
In large bowl mix sugar 1 4 cup flour and the cinnamon. Place the rolled out dough and lightly press evenly into the bottom and sides of the pie pan. Cover and let stand for 1 hour.
Put 1 2 of the mixture on the bottom of a pie shell. Add peaches and toss gently. Roll out the other dough and cut into inch strips.
Preheat oven to 425 f. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon. Brown sugar 3 1 2 tbsp.
Pie plate or cast iron skillet with bottom pastry. Pour rest of mixture over the top. For the crumb topping combine the sugar cinnamon flour and salt in a bowl.
