Acorn Squash Soup Recipe
Stir in flour bouillon dill curry and cayenne until blended.
Acorn squash soup recipe. In a large saucepan saute onion and celery in butter. Bring to a boil. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f.
Melt butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion. 1 large sweet onion chopped. In a blender process the soup in batches until smooth.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes. 3 cups low sodium chicken stock. Gradually add broth and milk.
Cut a flat spot on each end so the squash will sit flat. Stir in the squash flesh cumin chipotle to taste and cloves. Add the squash salt and pepper.
Cover reduce heat to medium low and cook stirring frequently until soft 8 to 10 minutes. 2 acorn squash halved and seeded. Preheat oven to 400 f.
Line a baking sheet with. Add squash pulp to onion. 1 clove garlic minced.
