Add flour cook 30 seconds stirring constantly then add garlic and saute until flour and garlic are golden about 30 seconds longer. Lower heat and simmer gently for about 15 minutes or until the sauce has reduced somewhat. Slowly whisk in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
