Recipe Banana Bread Pudding
Add all ingredients one at a time into the bowl of the cake mixer working at a medium to low speed.
Recipe banana bread pudding. Pour banana bread pudding mix into greased 9 13 pan spread out evenly across pan. Put into preheated oven at 350 degrees f for 30 minutes or until egg has solidified. Heat the oven to 350 f and grease an 8 inch square baking dish.
Bake for one hour until a knife inserted into the center comes out mostly clean. Tumble the banana bread cubes into the baking dish and scatter the banana slices over them. Slice the banana bread into 1 inch slices place on a baking sheet and toast in the oven about 8 10 minutes then cut into cubes.
Before assembly make sure you toast the banana bread cubes by baking them in a single layer on a baking sheet at 350 f until they are dry. Place half the cubes in the baking dish and cover with the chopped or sliced banana then add the rest of the bread cubes over that. Grease a 20 cm spring form cake tin.
Pour over the custard mixture and let it sit for 10 minutes before placing it in the oven. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish. In another bowl beat together eggs sugar and vanilla.
Create a double banana bread pudding by swapping out the french or sourdough bread with cubed pieces of banana bread. Put cubed bread in a large bowl with milk let stand for 1 hour. Add the cream milk eggs sugar and vanilla into a bowl and whisk to combine.
