Combine brown sugar 1 2 cup vegan margarine 1 4 cup white sugar rice milk 3 tablespoons flour cinnamon and nutmeg in a saucepan.

Skip the top crust and instead mix up 1 3 cup of flour 1 4 cup of brown sugar 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 4 teaspoon of salt and 3 tablespoons of vegan butter or coconut oil.

The crust is a simple mix of all purpose flour sugar salt vegan butter and ice water. Place the sliced apples in the prepared pie crust. Transfer apple mixture to pie shell brush edge with water and place second dough round on top.
