Recipe For Egg Mayonnaise Salad
Gently chop boiled eggs to small cubes and add them to a mixing bowl.

Add mayonnaise red chilli flakes dried herbs parsley black pepper mustard garlic and onion. Remove from hot water cool peel and chop. Cover remove from heat and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes.
When cold peel away the shells. Arrange the lettuce leaves on a plate and heap the egg mayonnaise on top dust with paprika. In a large bowl combine the egg mayonnaise mustard dill paprika onion and salt and pepper.
Now put the egg yolks into the bowl adding the garlic mustard powder salt and a little freshly milled black pepper and mix all of these together well. Stuff this easy salad in wraps sandwiches in a sun ripened tomato or avocado or simply on a bed of lettuce. Cover with a lid and bring water to a boil over high heat.
Cover them with cool water by 1 inch. Drain the eggs rinse in cold water and tap the shells all over leave to cool. Mix in 2 tablespoons of the mayo and the chives then season with salt and white pepper.
Place eggs in a large saucepan. Roughly chop two of the eggs and mix with the mayonnaise chives and seasoning. Taste and season with more salt and pepper as needed.
