Recipe Apple Peach Crisp
Combine all remaining dry ingredients in a bowl.
Recipe apple peach crisp. Using a pastry cutter or two knives cut in the butter until the mixture is made up of pea sized lumps. In a large mixing bowl combine the peaches apples and bacon and stir to combine. Transfer to a greased shallow 2 qt.
Heat oven to 375 f. In a bowl combine apple slices peaches vanilla and cinnamon. Add coconut oil or butter to bowl and using hands mix crumble mixture together until crumbly.
Preheat oven to 425. Grease 11x7 inch 2 quart glass baking dish with shortening or cooking spray. Add the flour sugar salt and vanilla and mix gently with a rubber spatula to completely coat the fruit.
Fold oats into flour mixture. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slowly mash in margarine or butter.
Beat thoroughly 1 egg. In a separate bowl combine flour and sugar. Arrange apple slices evenly in prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle and press topping into peaches. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle over fruit 2 tablespoons water 1 4 to 1 3 cup sugar depending on tartness of fruit.
