Pour squash into flour and gently fold and stir until all ingredients are mixed. Step 3 remove squash from the oven and turn onto a plate so that the flesh is facing upwards. Spoon onto cookie sheets spacing cookies 2 inches apart.
I left the cookie dough in the dome shape from the tablespoon you can also flatten. Beat in the eggs and squash. Have a cookie sheet and a silicone liner or cooking spray handy.
