Delicata Squash Taco Recipe

Roast the squash until tender and lighly browned 20 to 25 minutes. Cut the delicata squash in half lengthwise. Roast about 25 minutes or until squash is tender and golden stirring once.
Scoop out the seeds and place cut side down. Place it on a foil or silicone mat lined baking sheet. Lightly sprinkle salt and chili powder over the squash.
Slice the squash in half lengthwise scoop out the seeds and slice into inch segments. Cut squash into inch thick slices then cut slices into thirds. Preheat the oven to 425 f and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
