Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe Kale
In a large stockpot warm the olive oil over medium heat.
Chicken noodle soup recipe kale. When broth begins to boil add the noodles and kale. After 6 8 hours turn the crockpot heat onto high. Pressure cook for 8 minutes 5 mins for thin chicken breasts allow natural pressure release.
Cook covered 6 8 minutes longer or until kale and noodles are tender. Season with sea salt and pepper. In medium stock pot heat the pan on medium heat then add olive oil.
Cook 5 to 8 min. Add a touch of freshly chopped kale to the soup before serving optional. Add chicken breasts broth and give a quick stir.
To use partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Or until done stirring frequently. Cook on low for 6 8 hours.
Freeze cooled soup in freezer containers. Add a few pats of butter to the completed soup along with a fresh squeeze of lemon juice right before serving. In the bottom of your crockpot layer onions carrots celery garlic and kale.
Pour chicken broth into the crockpot. Stir in kale and chicken. Simmer covered 10 minutes.
