Apple Pie Quesadilla Recipe
Try this delicious 4 ingredient recipe of a new take on the classic quesadilla.

Take one tortilla and lay it flat on a small cutting board. Put the second tortilla on top of the first one like a sandwich. Spoon the apple pie filling onto the tortilla to within a half inch from the edge of the tortilla.
Repeat until all the apple filling is used. Optional cinnamon sugar for topping. 1 fuji apple unpeeled cut into slices.
Place one tortilla in skillet. 2 slices bacon cooked. Heat up your quesadilla maker and slide the apple quesadilla onto the griddle and close the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Cook 1 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and bottom of tortilla is golden brown. In a bowl combine apple pie filling raisins and cinnamon. Combine powdered sugar and 2 3 teaspoons of water to make an icing.
Drizzle onto quesadilla wedges. 8 pieces mission soft taco flour tortillas. Let quesadillas cool to set up for five minutes or so before cutting it makes them so much less messy.
