Recipe Tin Dinner Rolls
Spray surface of rolls or cling wrap with oil any then place cling wrap over the tray.
Recipe tin dinner rolls. Combine 3 4 cup flour undissolved yeast sugar and salt in a large bowl. Let rise at room temperature 30 to 45 minutes. Hints and tips for making these no knead dinner rolls from scratch.

Punch down the dough and turn onto a floured work surface. Do not use plastic wrap here it could trap in condensation and make the rolls soggy place the rolls in a freezer bag or storage container and freeze for 2 3 weeks. Return tray to warm place and leave for 30 45 min until the dough has risen by about 75 less than double in size.
Preheat the oven to 375 f 190 c. Turn dough onto well floured surface divide into 12 portions and place into greased muffin cups. Cover the dough with a clean cloth and place in a warm place to rise for 60 90 minutes or until doubled in size.
