Recipe Chicken Noodle Soup Rotisserie
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil and cook the egg noodles according to package directions.
Recipe chicken noodle soup rotisserie. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add noodles to dutch oven. Step 2 meanwhile cook the veggies.
While the soup simmers mix the cornstarch and water until the cornstarch is completely dissolved. Add carrots celery onion oregano italian seasoning seasoned salt salt and pepper. Saute over medium high heat until vegetables have softened 6 to 8 minutes.
Cook for another minute. Strain and toss with butter. Reduce heat to medium and gently boil 6 minutes.
Stir in chicken broth italian seasoning salt and pepper. Add garlic and cook until onion is translucent and garlic scent has lessened slightly about 4 to 5 minutes. Bring the pot to a boil then reduce heat to low and allow soup to simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 1 cook the noodles. Then pour the broth over the top of the chicken. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until vegetables soften.
In a large pot warm the olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken stock and bring soup to a simmer. Place the entire rotisserie chicken on top of the vegetable mixture.
