Recipe Eggplant Grilled Marinated
Place eggplant slices in a large dish.
Recipe eggplant grilled marinated. Lay the eggplant in a flat dish and cover with marinade. Cook the eggplant until well marked 3 to 6 minutes then turn the slices over. Brush the eggplant rounds with the mixture on both sides.
Place the grilled eggplant into a large jar or sealable container. Cook until tender about 3 minutes more. I grill it dry.
Remove the eggplant from the grill. Let marinate for 10 minutes toss around eggplant after 5 minutes of marinating. Grill eggplant slices over medium high heat 350 f to 400 f for approximately 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until you get good grill marks.
Preheat grill to high. The marinated eggplant slices quickly cook while you blend the ingredients for the sauce which gets this grilled eggplant recipe on the table in less than an hour. Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
Marinate for about 15 minutes. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar and chopped parsley. Cook until tender about 3 minutes.
Once the grill is hot put the eggplant on skin side down. Set aside any remaining sauce. In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil vinegar salt pepper and garlic powder.
