Recipe Banana Date Loaf

Recipe banana date loaf. Repeat thi steps until there is no mixture left and you finish with the flour mixture on top. Using electric beaters beat together the butter muscovado sugar flour spices eggs and date nectar until smooth and creamy. Bake the banana bread in the preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Spoon the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly. Preheat the oven to 160 c gas mark 3. Grease a 14cmx21cm loaf pan line base and long sides.
Used pitted dried dates too. Mash the bananas in bowl and add about 1 4 to the dates and mix it all together. Clean eating date loaf.
Repeat until there is no mixture left and you finish with the flour mixture on top. Mash the bananas and beat into the mixture along with the chopped dates. Pour the boiling water over the top and let it sit for a few moments until the butter is melted.
Add the banana dates flour baking powder bicarbonate of soda cinnamon and maple syrup and stir to combine. Make a well in the centre add juice butter egg and bananas. Add the bananas and 100ml of the date liquid and whizz until smooth.
Ideal for lunch boxes morning tea. Made a 1 1 2 of the recipe using a larger loaf tin. Pre heat the oven to 180c and line two 22cm x 10cm loaf tins with baking paper.
