In a dry bowl mash the three bananas and mix well with the brown sugar and the vegetable oil or sunflower oil until the wet ingredients are well combined. Add the mixture in the prepared pan. Preheat the oven to 180 c.
Fold in the bananas and nuts until well blended and moistened. Beat the soft butter sugar and bananas well. Pour into a small greased loaf tin and bake at 350f for one hour or until the bread starts to pull away slightly from the sides of the tin.
