Recipe Alfredo Sauce Sweet Potatoes
Cover to let steam for 3 5 minutes or until al dente or a little softer depending on taste.

Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 5 minutes whisking occasionally. Puree with 1 cup milk until smooth meanwhile cook pasta in a large saucepan until al dente. Whisk in the cream salt and pepper.

Spread the vegetables out single layer on a lined baking sheet. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the cubed sweet potatoes and cook until fork tender. Place the sweet potatoes shallots and garlic cloves in a bowl and toss with the olive oil.
Roast both in a pan with olive oil. Heat over medium high heat and once bubbling add potato noodles. Add the flour of a cup at a time until a soft dough forms.
