Roll up tortilla and place in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Working with about 5 tortillas at a time spread about 1 4 cup chicken across each add about 1 tbsp of the cheese then spread over a scant 1 tbsp enchilada sauce. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Taste and adjust seasonings. Spread 1 2 cup of enchilada sauce onto the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan. Add two cups of the broth and stir to make a sauce adding more broth to keep the sauce loose enough to spread.
Add a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture in a line down the center of the tortilla then sprinkle with 1 3 cup cheese. Place 1 tablespoon of shredded chicken on top of the enchilada sauce followed by a sprinkling of both cheeses. Assemble the remaining enchiladas.
