Egg Salad Recipe Horseradish
I use light mayo and sour cream to keep it healthy.
Egg salad recipe horseradish. Hard boiled eggs and bacon rashers in a delicious egg salad recipe. Chill for at least 30 minutes for maximum flavor i find 2 hours is best. To get the perfect hard boiled eggs place eggs into the bottom of a medium sized saucepan.
Mix mayonnaise with horseradish dijon garlic powder onion powder salt and pepper. Mix eggs celery onions and bacon together. Remove from heat drain and cover the eggs with ice cold water.
Place saucepan over high heat and bring to a boil. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Serve on lightly toasted wheat rolls with lettuce and tomato.
In a medium bowl stir together the eggs mayonnaise sour cream paprika mustard horseradish red onion and bacon bits. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let stand until cold.
Fill the pan with enough water to cover the eggs with 1 inch of water. Add the mayonnaise dill chives horseradish mustard vinegar salt and pepper to the bowl with the eggs and stir to combine. Mix mayo and horseradish together.
Spread the mixture over the bagels and serve immediately. Double the egg salad mixture for a thicker topping on each bagel. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
