Recipe for banana raisin bread. In a large bowl cream together the butter sugar peanut butter egg banana and milk. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.
Select basic bread setting. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients until incorporated mixing on the lowest speed. Pour in loaf pan sprayed with pam and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar.
Bake for 50 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test remove from the oven and let it cool down. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed. Fold in the raisins and peanuts.
In bread machine pan place the first nine ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. In a separate bowl mix the flour baking powder baking soda and salt. Bake according to bread machine directions check dough after 5 minutes of mixing.
Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Grease a loaf pan and then pour the mixture on it. Stir in the bananas and vanilla until mixed in stir in the raisins.
