Recipe Eggplant With Garlic Sauce
Add the garlic and scallions and sauté for 30 60 seconds.
Recipe eggplant with garlic sauce. Whisk the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and leave it on the side. Mix the sauce again until cornstarch is fully dissolved and pour it over the eggplant. Stir these aromatics until they become fragrant.
