Recipe Eggplant On The Grill
Eggplant masquerades in many dishes.
Recipe eggplant on the grill. Slice eggplant into 1 cm thick slices. Peel the eggplant and then cut into 3 4 inch slices. Turn the grill on.
Place on grill and cook until browned 5 to 6 minutes. Place eggplant on grill. Generously brush both sides of eggplant slices with oil.
Flip eggplant slices and cook until browned on bottom. Turn the slices over close the lid of the grill and cook until grill marks appear on the other side and the eggplant is very tender. Slice them lengthwise into 1 2 inch thick slices.
About 5 more minutes. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Grill the eggplant on both side until tender.
Brush the mixture on eggplant. In a small bowl combine oil oregano and red pepper flakes. Spread each side of the slices with some olive oil about tbsp.
Step 1 rinse and dry the eggplants. Select the medium program select the orange color setting and press ok. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium high heat.
