Recipe Delicata Squash Rings

Recipe delicata squash rings. Delicata squash is mild tasting and fairly sweet with a nice buttery texture similar to that of sweet potatoes. Place the squash rings in a single layer on a greased sheet pan in the oven. I used my mandolin and set it to 3mm but you can eyeball it and try to make thin slices.
