Recipe Chicken Pot Pie Slow Cooker
To make slow cooker chicken pot pie you simple place onion carrots celery parsley paprika oregano salt pepper chicken stock and chicken soup in the bowl of your trusty slow cooker.
Recipe chicken pot pie slow cooker. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until hot. The mixture will be thick. Add vegetables potatoes and garlic.
Nestle the chicken breasts in the mixture and spoon some over to cover. Combine the chicken potatoes carrots celery chicken soup chicken bouillon garlic salt celery salt and black pepper in a slow cooker. Cook on high for 5 hours.
Stir thawed mixed vegetables into slow cooker. Add corn and peas during the last 30 minutes of cooking time. In a bowl whisk in cream of chicken with milk.
Cover and cook on low heat for 3 4 hours or high for 1 2 hours. Stir the frozen mixed vegetables into the slow cooker and cook 1 hour more. Add the chicken broth and water mix all together.
Cook the chicken breasts. Turn crock pot on low stirring occasinally for 8 hours. In small bowl mix whipping cream flour gravy mix poultry seasoning and salt.
Cover and keep warm for an additional 30 minutes. Layer chicken breasts on top and let the mixture cook for four hours. Place inner pot in the rice cooker.
