Recipe Banana Bread Loaf
Combine the flour baking powder and salt in a separate bowl.
Recipe banana bread loaf. Stir just to moisten. Stir in the eggs one at a time beating well with each addition stir in the mashed bananas. Line an 8x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper letting the excess hang over the long sides to form a sling.
Measure all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat for about two minutes until well blended. Lightly grease the loaf tin and line it with non stick baking parchment. Mash the bananas with a fork or a potato masher.
Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream 140g softened butter and 140g caster sugar until light and fluffy then slowly add 2 beaten large eggs with a little of the 140g flour.
Stir banana mixture into flour mixture. In a large bowl sift together flour baking powder baking soda salt. In a separate bowl cream together butter and brown sugar.
An electric mixer is best for this but of course you can also beat by hand with a wooden spoon. Spray the inside with cooking spray. Add nuts if desired.
