Guacamole Deviled Eggs Recipe
Peel eggs and discard the shells.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the yolks and mix together. Let the eggs sit covered for 8 10 minutes. Slice each egg in half and place all yolks in a separate bowl.
In the bowl with the yolks add all the ingredients for guacamole. Set the cooked whites aside on a serving tray. Remove from hot water cool and peel.
Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Reserve the remaining egg yolks for another use sprinkle with lime juice and salt and stir in the sour cream. Use an egg plate when serving if you have one it makes the presentation so much better.
