Enchiladas Recipe Meat Sauce
Bring to a boil reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Enchiladas recipe meat sauce. Roll the tortillas into enchiladas and arrange in the baking dish seam sides down. Stir 1 cup cheddar cheese sour cream parsley taco seasoning oregano and black pepper into the ground beef until cheese has melted. Sprinkle with the reserved 1 2 cup of meat mixture and top with remaining 2 cups of mexican cheese blend.
Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes. Heat olive oil in a separate skillet over medium heat. Fill each tortilla with the meat sauce reserving about 1 2 cup of the meat sauce.
Mix in enchilada sauce chili powder garlic and salt. Add onion oregano chili powder basil ground black pepper salt cumin parsley salsa and tomato sauce. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Mix together and then stir in the water. Stir in 1 2 of the enchilada sauce. Bring to a simmer reduce heat to low and simmer until meat sauce is slightly thickened about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic and saute for 1 to 2 minutes.
