Recipe Tomatillo Enchilada Sauce
Use caution when blending hot liquids.
Recipe tomatillo enchilada sauce. Reduce heat and cook until vegetables are fork tender about 30 minutes. Drain tomatillos and transfer to a blender. Bring to a boil.
Combine water tomatoes jalapeno peppers onion tomatillos serrano peppers and garlic in a large pot. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered stirring occasionally for 25 minutes. Bring sauce to a boil.
When it s heated add the flour and mix well to create a roux. Add onion clove jalapeno and water. Stir for a few minutes until the flour is cooked and forms a paste.
