In a large bowl combine flour baking soda and salt.

Stir in the honey and the apple juice then use a spatula to fold in the flour and cinnamon taking care not to over mix. Add the banana flour baking powder bicarbonate of soda cinnamon and golden syrup and stir to combine. In another bowl beat eggs add oil and mashed banana and mix until combined.
Melt butter in a large frying pan over high heat. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture. Sprinkle the cut side of sliced banana with the extra sugar.
