Recipe For Layered Enchiladas
Pour 1 can of the enchilada sauce in bottom of ungreased 13x9 inch 3 quart glass baking dish.
Recipe for layered enchiladas. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Spoon beef mixture evenly over tortillas. Top with remaining 4 tortillas.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Dip 1 tortilla in enchilada sauce mixture and place in the bottom of a large baking dish. Heat oven to 375 f.
Top with another tortilla. And lightly spray a 9 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. In large nonstick skillet cook ground beef onions and garlic until beef is thoroughly cooked stirring frequently.
Pour remaining can of enchilada sauce over top. Place one tortilla on a lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with cup cheese.
Add ground beef cooking until crumbled and browned. Sprinkle with cup cheese cup chicken 1 tablespoon green chilies 1 tablespoon chopped onions. Spread 1 2 the chicken mixture over tortilla layer.
Arrange 4 tortillas in dish overlapping slightly. Pour 1 3 cup enchilada sauce over stack.
