Recipe for jack meatloaf. Wash hands thoroughly before and after handling raw ground. Keep raw and ready to eat meats separate. Very flavorful and cheesy.
This recipe uses pork rinds instead of bread crumbs to make it a low carb and keto friendly meat loaf. In a 8x4 inch greased pan press half of the beef mixture onto the bottom and halfway up the sides. Combine beef bread crumbs eggs onion spaghetti sauce parmesan cheese and garlic salt in a large bowl.
This pepper jack meatloaf recipe is to die for. Use fingers to mold a stem shape at the top and make a happy or scary pumpkin face in the meat. Directions grease a 3 x 9 loafpan w margarine mix all ingredients well in a bowl form in a loaf in the pan.
Push mixture down into the bottom of the bowl and smooth the top. If you are looking for a tasty low carb recipe for meat loaf this one is a must try. We love this meal served with our green beans with tarragon and our roasted mashed sweet potatoes would be another great side dish to round out this wonderful meal.
Bake 350 for 1 hour. Can make an optional sauce for the top 1 4 c ketchup 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp of prepared dijon or yellow mustard. I always uses medium ground beef.
This meatloaf is awesome with hickory or oak wood. Thaw raw ground beef on a plate on the lowest shelf of the refrigerator to avoid drip onto other foods. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
