Recipe for enchiladas beef. Warm tortillas in the microwave for about 1 minute. Preheat the oven to 350 f and spread 1 4 cup of the enchilada sauce over the bottom of a 13 9 baking dish. Spoon about 1 4 cup of the beef mixture into the center of each tortilla.
Directions brown meat and onions in large skillet. Stir in 1 2 cup of the enchilada sauce and the chiles. Roll tortillas up and place in the casserole dish seam side down.
