Recipe Eggplant In Tomato Sauce
Once the sauce and eggplants are ready start arranging the dish.
Recipe eggplant in tomato sauce. Drain and set aside. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes. Add the tomato sauce water tomato paste and some salt and pepper to taste.
Stir well to dissolve the tomato paste and arrange the eggplants slices back into the pan. Step 3 when done transfer vegetables to a large stock pot. Cover eggplant in a bowl of cold water with 2 teaspoons of salt.
Stir in the diced tomatoes tomato paste sugar and water. Cut eggplant into 1 2 in thick slices. Spread about cup of the sauce over the bottom of the baking dish.
Bring to a boil. In a bowl beat the egg and yoghurt. Cut eggplant lengthwise into 1 2 in.
Grate each tomato on a box grater over a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. From the heat for 3 4 minutes on each side or until tender.
Add the garlic stir for 1 or 2 seconds. Add egg noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Arrange 1 2 the eggplant slices in a small oven dish pour on 1 2 the sauce distribute egg yoghurt then the remaining eggplant and sauce.
