In a large bowl combing barbecue sauce marmelade orange juice soy sauce ginger and pepper flakes.

Spray slow cooker with cooking spray and place the flour coated chicken in the bottom. In a medium saucepan add olive oil and heat to medium high heat. Pour vegetable oil in the skillet and brown the sides of the covered chicken.
In a bowl mix the rice wine vinegar soy sauce sesame oil marmalade brown sugar salt and pepper.
