Recipe Banana Bread Cream Cheese
In a large bowl add the egg brown sugar vegetable oil sour cream vanilla and whisk to combine.
Recipe banana bread cream cheese. Directions mix together cream cheese sugar and butter until smooth. Using a knife swirl together the mixture. Add eggs and bananas and mix well.
Stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla. Add in egg one at a time. Beat in 1 cup 120g of confectioners sugar 1 2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until combined.
In a large bowl mix cream cheese sugar flour and egg. Spray one 8 5 x 4 5 x 3 inches loaf pan with floured cooking spray or grease and flour the pan set aside. Bake at 350 f 180 c for about 50 mins.
Pour half of the bread batter into a 9x5 inch 22cm x 12cm pan pour the cream cheese filling smooth into corners top with remaining batter. Cream the margarine and cream cheese together. To make the cream cheese banana bread batter first whisk together the egg sugars coconut oil sour cream and vanilla before stirring in the mashed bananas and the rest of the dry ingredients.
Turn about two thirds of the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth out the top with a spatula or the back of a spoon. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 8 x 4 inch loafpans. Mash in bananas using a fork.
Preheat oven to 350 f. In a large bowl mix together butter cream cheese and sugar until combined. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until a long wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean and sides pull away from pan shielding with aluminum foil last 15 minutes to prevent browning if necessary.
