Baked Acorn Squash Recipes With Maple Syrup
Brush squash slices with maple and sugar liquid and place on oiled baking sheet.
Baked acorn squash recipes with maple syrup. Place cut side down in a 13x9 in. Place the halves flesh side up on a baking sheet and sprinkle each half with salt. Sprinkle squash with salt pepper and brown sugar and bake until soft and golden brown about 30 40 minutes.

Drizzle olive oil and maple syrup over acorn squash slices. Preheat oven to 350. Next add a generous tablespoon of butter to the center of each squash followed by 2 to 3 heaping tablespoons of brown sugar.
Brush the cut sides with olive oil and sprinkle the squash with 3 teaspoons kosher salt and 1 teaspoon pepper. Bake in the heated oven until fork tender about 45 minutes. Remove from oven and plate.
