In a large bowl combine apples 2 tablespoons flour sugar substitute and cinnamon.

Combine splenda flour and cinnamon in a large bowl. In a bowl toss apples with splenda stevia sweetener and cinnamon. Add apples and toss to coat.
To make the filling. Preheat oven to 375 degrees f. Sprinkle half the topping over each.
Preheat oven to 400 degree f. Bake for 35 45 minutes. Transfer apple mixture into a 9 x 13 baking pan.
Coat a 9 inch microwave safe pie plate with cooking spray. Add apples tossing to coat. Mixture will be crumbly.
Toss apples with 1 4 cup splenda 1 4 cup sugar and cinnamon. Microwave on high power 4 to 6 minutes or until the apples are soft. Transfer apple mixture to a 2 quart square baking dish.
