Recipe Enchiladas Ground Beef
2 cups chicken broth.
Recipe enchiladas ground beef. Add 1 3 cup of the ground beef mixture in a straight line to the center of each tortilla. Grate cheeses into a large bowl and combine. Stir 1 cup cheddar cheese sour cream parsley taco seasoning oregano and black pepper into the ground beef until cheese has melted.
1 medium onion finely chopped. 1 pound ground beef. Pour about 1 2 cup of enchilada sauce into the baking dish to cover the bottom.
In a large skillet over medium heat cook the ground beef green onion and jalapeno pepper until the beef is evenly brown. Simmer until water has evaporated. In a medium bowl mix together yogurt condensed soup and cheese.
Add a tablespoon of cheese and roll the tortillas closed. One 28 ounce can enchilada or mexican red sauce. 1 2 teaspoon black pepper.
Lay seam side down in the casserole dish. Bake the ground beef enchiladas with foil over the top for about 20 25 minutes then remove the foil and bake another 5 to 10 minutes until they are heated all the way through and the cheese is melted on top. Bring to a simmer reduce heat to low and simmer until meat sauce is slightly thickened about 5 minutes.
Add about 1 4 cup of the shredded cheese and roll up tightly. Mix in enchilada sauce chili powder garlic and salt. Cook and stir ground beef with onion in a skillet over medium heat until meat is crumbly and no longer pink about 10 minutes.
