Egg Salad Recipe Delish
Olives cucumber and sun dried tomatoes are all you need to switch up the classic egg salad.

Remove from hot water cool peel and chop. Slice baguette pieces in half lengthwise and divide egg salad between bottom. Add mayonnaise mustard lemon juice celery and chives and mix until evenly combined.
Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. In a medium bowl whisk together mayonnaise lemon juice and chives. Add eggs and avocado and toss gently to combine.
