Preheat oven to 400 f. Stir in chicken broth. In a another bowl mix the egg milk bisquick just until moistened.
Pour into the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate. Add the chicken broth gradually and stir well. Mix remaining ingredients until smooth.
Heat the mixture over medium heat with constant stirring until it starts boiling. Pour chicken mixture into bottom crust. In a medium mixing bowl combine chicken vegetables and soup.
