Recipe Asparagus Lemon Parmesan

Recipe asparagus lemon parmesan. While the asparagus is steaming peel the zest off the lemon and extract the juice. Cook and stir the asparagus in the hot oil until tender about 5 minutes. Place the asparagus into a serving dish then sprinkle with parmesan cheese to serve.
Toss everything with the buttery sauce and the remaining parmesan. Place into oven and roast for 8 10 minutes or until tender but crisp. Pour in the lemon juice then season to taste with salt and pepper.
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook the trimmed asparagus for about 2 mins until just cooked. Arrange asparagus in single layer on prepared baking sheet. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat.
Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray. Season to taste then serve. Bake for 15 20 minutes until asparagus is tender and cheese is melted.
Toss in the olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 400 degrees f. Juice lemon over asparagus being careful to not let loose seeds fall.
Roast for 8 10 minutes or until the asparagus is crisp on the outside and tender in the center. Toss in the garlic parmesan and lemon juice. For crunchy asparugus let steam for 6 minutes or until the spears can be easily pierced with a fork.
