Cut a 3 4 slits into the top of the pastry. Preheat oven to 200 c 400 f gas mark 6. Set aside to cool.
Pre heat oven to 200 c 180 c fan forced. Add the butter sugar cinnamon stick and clove to the apples. Add a small amount of milk to the pastry.
