Recipe Asparagus Chicken Casserole
Heat the olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat.

Drain and rinse under cold water. You can also freeze individual portions of the chicken casserole in freezer containers so you have a comforting dinner for evenings when you don t feel like cooking from scratch. Season the cut chicken with salt pepper and cayenne pepper.
Remove cover top with cheese turn on the broiler for about 5 minutes until melted browned. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Pour over chicken asparagus mixture stir to combine.
Simply cover with foil and put in the oven at 370ºf 190ºc for 10 15 minutes until heated through. Cook the noodles in the same pot of salted water for 1 minute less than the directions. Cook onion for 4 to 5 minutes stirring frequently.
